Acceptable Use of Technology

1) You should never reveal any personal information online. Once you reveal private information, it is out there for the entire world to see.

2) You should never harass, threaten, decieve, or embarass anyone over the internet. These are considered cyberbullying, and have tremendous consequences.

3) You should never use profanity, vulgarity, or anything of that nature while on the internet. Not only is it immoral, it can get you into a lot of trouble.

4) You should always use proper Netiquette while on the internet. It is important to use your "online manners", like you would do in person.

5) You should never download any software or programs onto a school computer without permission. If the owner wanted a certain program on the computer, they would have done so already.
